Healing Emotional Trauma Course

This 6 WEEK INTENSIVE 1:1 coaching course is designed with your heart in mind. An intense journey that helps you lean into your HEALING with Intuitive Empath and Near-Death Experience survivor Teressa Pasch. Each week Teressa will provide you with the tools you need to feel, deal, and heal your trauma. Together you will create a plan that is customized to you and your healing. Work with a coach who understands and has healed her deep seeded traumas.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Session One

    We’ll take a deep look at where you are today and where you want to be. What you think needs to be healed and what you might be overlooking.

  • Session Two

    We will shift our focus to others in your world and how they contribute to your past and how they impact your healing.

  • Session Three

    A review of masculine & feminine energy and how these affect relationships. Including learning about the Energy Elevator and where it can take you.

  • Session Four

    Boundaries, boundaries, boundaries. Learning about codependent relationships and finding balance in your life and your relationships.

  • Session Five

    This officially becomes the start of using the strategies you’ve learned and commit to using them going forward. Committing to taking back your power and owning your journey.

  • Session Six

    As we wrap up the course, we review where you started and where you are now. We discuss concerns and strategies to implement when old patterns arise.
